This policy explains how On Time Technologies (trading as WaqTech, we, us) handles personal data collected through this website. We are a software and AI studio registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 1010978809, based in Riyadh. For privacy questions, write to hello@ontimetechnologies.win.
01What we collect
The only personal data we collect is what you choose to enter in the contact form on this site: your name, email, phone number, company, and message. We do not collect anything passively. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no fingerprinting.
The site loads typography from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser exchanges an IP address with Google during that load. We do not see or store it. Google's own privacy terms govern that interaction.
02Why we collect it
We collect it solely to read your enquiry and respond to it. We do not use form submissions for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond replying to you. We do not share your data with anyone except as described below.
03How submissions are handled
The form is delivered through Web3Forms, an email-forwarding service. Your submission is transmitted from your browser to Web3Forms' servers in the United States, and Web3Forms forwards it to our inbox. Web3Forms acts as our data processor for this single purpose. Their privacy notice is at web3forms.com/privacy.
04Retention
We retain your submission only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Once the conversation concludes, we delete it from our inbox. We do not maintain a separate database of submissions.
05Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/19 of 1443H, as amended by Royal Decree No. M/148 of 1444H) and its Implementing Regulations, supervised by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), you have the right to:
- Be informed of the legal basis and the purpose for collecting your personal data
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request a copy of your personal data in a readable, portable format
- Request correction, completion, or updating of your personal data
- Request destruction of your personal data once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for
- Withdraw your consent to processing at any time

06International transfers
Web3Forms processes submissions on servers in the United States, and Google Fonts is served from a global content-delivery network. These transfers are made under Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Law and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom, on the basis that the transfer is necessary to deliver the service you asked for and is limited to the minimum data required. We do not transfer your data outside the Kingdom for any other purpose.
07Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
08Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
